Welcome to Laraware Digital Marketplace, operated by Laraware Private Limited. By accessing or using https://laraware.ai, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the marketplace.

1. The Marketplace

Laraware provides an online platform where independent authors list digital items (themes, code, plugins, graphics, apps, media, and similar products) and buyers license those items. Laraware is not the author of third-party items unless expressly stated.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, infringe IP rights, or engage in fraud.

3. Buying Items & Licenses

• When you “buy” an item, you acquire a limited, non-exclusive license to use that item under the applicable Item License — not ownership of the underlying IP.
• You must choose the correct license (Regular or Extended) for your intended use.
• Purchase codes identify your license; do not share them publicly or resell them.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not upload malware, pirate content, scrape the site abusively, reverse-engineer platform systems, harass users, or use the marketplace for unlawful activity.

5. Payments & Taxes

Prices are shown at checkout. Applicable taxes (including GST where required) may apply. Payment processors’ terms also apply.

6. Refunds

Digital goods are generally non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Authors retain ownership of their items. Platform branding, software, and content belonging to Laraware remain our property. Report infringement to info@laraware.com.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

The marketplace and third-party items are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laraware is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from item use or marketplace downtime. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to fees you paid to Laraware in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
